When I entered into bathroom, I found a very long hairs on toilet, and bath. It’s disgusting

Please do NOT get a room here. No matter how cheap it is. It looks horrible from the outside and on the inside. There is no elevator. Bedding had burn marks all over it so did the chair and everything else there. I let management know and they told me they asked “what did you expect? You ordered a smoking room.” The hallway also smelled like smoke and very loud in the hallway. I would NOT suggest this location. The manager barely wanted to refund me.

Terrible
Guy at front desk has a really bad attitude and hates doing his job. He threatened to not let me check in and not give me a refund. Also said he would jump over the counter if I rang the bell one more time (I walked in and there was a sign saying “be back in 15”) I don’t know how long that was there for before I got there. He got mad and was unimaginably rude.

There was a baby roach when i lifted the phone. I bring disinfectant wipes, i wipe everything, the chairs was dirty.

Pillows are very uncomfortable
