Staff didn’t seem welcoming at check in, after that everyone else I met was great! The breakfast selection could be just a bit better. Otherwise, great spot!

It was a quick one night stay but the room was clean and spacious. Super courteous staff. Super convenient and free continental breakfast that tides you over until your next meal. Really close to other food options. Beautiful sights, surrounded by mountains. It was a super duper stay all around, will definitely recommend

The room was great. But I was put on hold, standing at the check-in counter, because the two individuals standing behind the counter wanted to finish the conversation/issue they were talking about, concerning a previous person’s check-in issue.

The people were absolutely rude,unhelpful and completely unwilling to assist with issues. I have traveled all over the United States and without a doubt this was the worst stay I have ever experienced. And I don't usually complain.

It was great. Very clean. I left super early to workout. There was a security guard walking the floors. I LOVED this! Extra added security - all my stays in the springs will be here now
