Front desk was not staffed, so I had to check in at Quality Inn. Upon walking in, the room smelled musty. There were two bugs on the nightstand that I used the notepad to smash immediately. I found a roach on the wall behind the mini-fridge and another one crawling by the phone on the nightstand right next to the bed! I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in that room so I went back to Quality Inn and got transferred to a room there. I would not recommend!

Room was musty and damp. Door scratched, bed was bumpy. Woke up at 7 am with a cockroach crawling on my arm.
Won't stay there again.

No batteries in the TV remote. Phone cord came disconnected from the hand set when I tried to use it. Phone was not plugged on the wall. Black mold in the bathroom. Hundreds of dead bugs in bathroom light. Towels, etc thin and scratchy. My husband's shoes stuck to the tile by the sink. The chair and furniture were old, worn and dirty. The refrigerator was leaking inside and left a puddle outside on the carpet. The carpet was the worst I've ever encountered. I wore a pair of plain socks after my shower and the bottoms were sticky and black after wearing them for less than 1/2 hour. I had to go to the desk to the room made up. I think she implied the beds were to be made only. I insisted that the sheets must be changed (which they were eventually). I will tell everyone I know to avoid RODEWAY at all costs. Revolting!

Bed bugs!!!!! Next day I had no less than 30 bites including an eyelid swollen shut from bites on my eyelid. I have never been so grossed out, I haven't been able to sleep since, convinced I brought the darn things home with me. I reached out to the hotel manager with no response and Choice Hotels offered me a nights stay for the trouble. Wow.

For the construction workers
Sheets on bed had cigarettes burns on them .the sink in bathroom was backed up with grey water.. it is a great place for single guy construction workers .place was full of them. If I had been by myself I would of left. For the price it is a decent amount. The curtains had big stains on them . Room 306.it was a handicapped room .lots of space in bathroom .but no bed bugs .it rained all night so TV lost signal

Due to an sistuation with my past Ex, unaware of his double life and being a wanted fugitive in Miami Fl, i lost my apartment January 2024, my 69 year old, disabled, medically needed mother whom i solely provide care for an i came to Rodeway Inn motel located at 3459 SW Williston Road in Gainesville FL being that is priced reasonably and would be a clean safe place. First week in January we had bed bugs. Then by my mother being on a walker she/we has never since January until currently had a room to accomindate her needs, ( like ; walk in shower, rails for her lifting to get off the toilet, shower chair) we have switched and moved to 3 rooms yet each one bathroom doors do not fully close, batroom doors do not lock, light sockets/plug outlets are broken up with wires visable, gnats are terrible, when showering the water continues to rise and build up, and draining out is about an hour wait to another person shower, bathroom has black mold, shower curtains are full of slime, mold and dirt build up so bad the bottom of the shower curtains are yellow brown, June 2024 the whole motel was out of hot water for three days. And customer service one of the family owners Neshia, is so disrespectful,rude, and never check on her employees cleaning laundry buggies and cleaning carts have been left all night as well as dirty stayed in rooms have went uncleaned until th next day. This motel changes their rates daily/often and their greed for money will allow anyone no matter what they are doing illegaly stay. Lastly, the roach infestation is beyond infestation roaches all in the bathroom shower, shower curtain, toilet like is food all over the bathroom, the roaches come in from the uneven cuts where the air condition unit is, the door not measured and cut right, the holes and cracks by the base boards, food left in rooms after cleaning.
