Simply put, this property is a dump in desperate need of renovation. The approach to the hotel was dark and made me feel unsafe. The lobby furniture was so old and battered it made the entire area look like a dumpster. The room itself was filthy. The bed linens were so old and dingy that the fitted sheet no longer stayed on the mattress. I was so uncomfortable that I stripped the bed and dumped the dirty bedding at the front desk—something I’ve never had to do before.
The curtains were grimy, the bathroom disgusting, with dirt and debris around the toilet, and the tub too nasty to use. The facility overall is just run down. I felt trapped since the stay was non-refundable. The last thing I wanted was a free night at any Best Western property—I chose them for the brand and the glossy photos. Never again!

This was a last minute book after I booked the nightmare Stonewood suites. Absolutely spotless the staff was beyond friendly and they have a REALLY great breckfast!! Close to everything in town and 10/10

Check-in was easy and smooth… the tub had mold and breakfast starts at 6am but there was no breakfast… hotel is very convenient shopping center right across the street with plenty of stores and restaurants….other than that I have no complaints

Property is not in the greatest of areas but the hotel is nice and the staff was really wonderful. We stayed on a Saturday and people were so loud. Next door neighbor was up at 7am gabbing like they were at a revival.

Check in was very unprofessional, desk clerk was talking on her cell phone while we just stood there waiting on her. Work comes first when your at work.

There was some fighting in the parking lot that woke me up at 4:15 AM and the breakfast was cold and not a good selection at all. I woke up in the morning and there was a big spider running across the floor. After that I didn't get back to sleep.

They didn’t have any extra towels or blankets when we asked he said that it will take forever because he has to wash and dry them and he had no time. The person seems like the only person working. Roaches were found in the bathroom, shower was nasty and the floors were sticky.
