Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really weak, no eggs, meat, and was mainly sugar. Sole elevator was broken for 3 days. The attached parking lot was adorned by homeless, an abandoned couch, stolen shopping carts and a car someone was shooting up in. So... Leaves a bit to be desired.

Unfortunately, with it being close to the holiday, the ordered parts were delayed. Breakfast on the other hand had to be cut down due to so much waste. Staff were excellent! Older facility, very clean. No eggs or meat for breakfast, but if that’s your thing Waffle House is nearby. Single elevator not working and one in our party had very recent surgery. Staff offered to help, but this was frustrating for all!

Elevator was out of order. We were given a 3rd floor room. Front desk, (FD), was friendly, but would not budge on changing our room. Needed manager’s approval, and she was not available by phone. FD, offered to carry our luggage up for us.
My husband is handicapped & could not handle 3 flights of stairs.
Thankful to God, I had the Expedia’s # in my phone. I called and was transferred to a rep who then called Sleep Inn. Presto! We were given a 1st floor room! Time, it took 30 minutes to resolve this. Should have been a non-issue.
This was the only issue we had. Room was clean & comfortable.

Elevator was out of order. That's 2 Choice Hotels in 2 days that had elevators out of order. We had to go to the 3rd floor to get a king bed.

Parking was safe. Room could have been cleaner - saw a bug. Elevator was out and I was on the third floor and a senior to do stairs.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. The bed was super comfy and I loved the amount of pillows the bed had. The TV was a very nice size, although I wish there were more avaliable outlets.

There wasn't much of a breakfast selection for a Sunday. I didn't like what they had..just orange juice and no other kind. No eggs, etc. just waffles.

The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean. It is just worn and dated. There was rust at the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom, and the mattress was obviously old. It appeared clean but worn and lumpy. It is not the worst place I have ever stayed but next time will probably look for a more updated facility.
