Desk clerk had a bed made up on the couch for herself like a homeless person. Room was unmaintained. In bad need of an update. Bath tile was black mold in areas. Bath doir would stick, couldn't get open. Chair fabric was thread bare. Drapes wouldn't stay closed. Noise from interstate was loud. Won't bother staying here again.

Not so clean common areas. Elevator doors and hallway walls need a good wipe. Floors need cleaned. Smell is bad. Our first room smelled like cat piss. I did reach out to front desk who was very quick in helping us switch rooms. Staff was nice. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast not great.

The room looked nice. Hotel is close to interstate & it’s really noisy all hours of the day. After I showered water was all over the floor. Clean it up. Called front desk, no answer. Kids took a shower. Water again all over. Told the front desk at check out, hope they took care of it before it leaks into the room below.
