The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the walls, sheets, floors, and bathtub. We went to front desk and asked if any other rooms were available, and the staff was understanding and accommodated this request. However, the new room had the same issues. We left the hotel the same night and found another one down the road that didn’t have the cleanliness issue.

This hotel has a good breakfast selection They had waffles, a variety of cereal selections for kids and adults, oatmeal and grits package to make on your own and variety of juices and hot drinks. I love my room it was nice and spacious and we had a good time. We enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room too.

When checking in, the staff member was very nice, but the amenities were not! The hotel is dingy and not clean. The hallway on the first floor was dark and like walking into a basement. The carpet was very dirty and stained. I’m not sure the room was cleaned well as there was crumbs on the floor and desk looked like it had soda or something on it.
I read all the reviews and they all said how clean this place was except a few, but the few negative reviews were spot on.
I paid for 2 nights and checked out early and they have not refunded me the 2nd night.

酒店回复: Dear valued guest,We would like to take the time to firstly apologize for the experience you've experienced, However Our team have taken the time to investigate your concerns that were listed in your review. upon checking the room, there was no sign of mold or crumbs discovered in the room. we also assigned our housekeeping team to go to the room on two attempts and there was a DND sign on the door even after knocking on the door. there were pictures taken of the room after check out and there weren't any signs of mold. Also, The front desk team was not made aware of an early departure as made mentioned in the review. We take all of our reviews and feedback into consideration to ensure that the comfort of our guest is a priority. We hope for another opportunity to host you again in the near future.

The air conditioning in the room was working well, the room was clean, the breakfast was on point; the parking was good. The only thing I disliked was that they needed more light in the parking area.

The room was perfect.Staff is great, friendly and helpful.The food is good and really appetizing.
这家酒店的员工非常棒，服务无可挑剔。房间干净整洁，早餐也很不错，地理位置也很好。遗憾的是，酒店确实需要一次大翻修了。健身房的空调坏了，制冰机也坏了（不过前台主动提出可以帮忙提供冰块以弥补不便）。酒店有个室内泳池，但是没加热，水太冷了（孩子们都冷得发抖，没法待在水里）。我觉得它不值150美元，也配不上五星好评 :-(
酒店不错，工作人员非常友好，我们只住了一晚，价格对于酒店的条件来说不太公平，因为酒店有点破旧，显然是新建的或正在维修，但你可以看到工作人员很努力，我给它 7 分（满分 10 分），因为工作人员非常细心
