I had cigarette holes on my sheets & comforter , I let house keeping know and handed it to the then for new sheets and never got a new one back so I had to let the front desk staff know and they sent me a new one and it ended up being the same sheet I gave to the house keeper. I was in shock but what do you say, atleast they brought me back another comforter. Other than that, the place was okay but definitely could find better, it was the only place close to my jobsite. To better the hotel, they really needed a better breakfast bar, all they had was coffee, and bagels and toast to give to the customers and also cereal and milk was also on the menu.

Room had roaches. Paid extra for jacuzzi room also. Had to sleep with lights on because i was afraid of what would come out with the lights out 😞

The room is not suitable for anyone to stay in. The hotel should be condemned. The door didn't lock, the bathroom window had a hole in it. Burn marks on the bed. It is infested.

这个价位，还算可以吧，不过，要注意这个价位是在另一栋楼，只有吸烟房，如果加一些钱住在非吸烟房就更好了

他们的早餐是欧陆式早餐，并非像广告宣传的那样是全套早餐。
这家酒店的员工根本不关心客人。他们提供早餐，然后就置之不理。退房几个小时后，他们又从我们的卡上扣了两次款，每次250美元。总共500美元，这还不包括我们已经支付的住宿费。打电话投诉时，他们说你必须稍后再打电话找经理。无论你一天打多少次电话，经理都不会出现。
