You could not turn around in the bathroom. We were a family of four and needed the pullout sofa. There were no extra pillows or blankets for it and the staff told us they had none to give us. There was nothing at breakfast for my son who has a gluten allergy to eat and that is not what the pictures online show. It was a terrible experience all around. The staff was dismissive and rude. I was very allergic to something in the room. Despite taking an allergy medicine before bed I woke up with very red itchy eyes and I could feel them getting irritated before I fell asleep when I laid in the bed.

Horrible conditions!!!
Arrived to find exterior common area in horrible condition. Piles of trash at main entrance, bldg facade peeling and decaying. Grounds terribly overgrown with weeds and trash in beds. Lobby was bare and cold. Interior was horribly run down. Stains on carpets. Then our room, a “Business King”, had dirty floor, burn holes on bedding and broken tiles in bathroom. Coffee/breakfast station was EMPTY and filthy. Not attended or replenished!!!
Looked like renovations are being attempted but work is extremely slow and not very productive
* I was in hotel/hospitality for over 20 years. I am now in property management. This was the worst experience and would not recommend
