The exterior was dilapidated and the curtains which were supposed to be white were yellowed with stains visible from the outside. Upon entry you’re choked with the stench of tobacco smoke. Everything in the interior was old and dirty and worn. The carpets were soaked in human bodily fluids and the smell was nauseating. The locks had been cored out of the doors and the latch was missing. Everything in the room including the tv was stained with human bodily fluids . The only guests were creepy looking truckers. I didn’t feel safe so I requested a refund and was told by the woman at the front desk that I would have to talk to a member of management tomorrow between the hours of 8am and 2 pm. This place was utterly disgusting and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The place had cockroaches and the outlets were missing covers. There was food on the floor. The bathroom ceilings paint was peeling. There were people smoking vapes in the hallway and people tearing stuff apart in the parking lot.

Can we stop calling coffee and a bin with 5 granola bars "breakfast included"? The apple juice tasted correct, but the orange juice consentrait didn't seem to mix properly.
The front desk worker was aware of the OJ.
Maybe Orbitz needs 2 categories, full VS continental breakfast. 2 years ago I stayed in a budget hotel and had bacon, eggs, and yogurt. The other options were toast, bagels, fresh waffles, oatmeal, and fresh apples. In july 2025, I stayed 2 nights in a budget hotel the first morning I had a waffle. The second morning, the waffle maker was gone and the front desk said "corporate took it away." And recommended a restaurant. I want breakfast in the hotel so I don't have to make an extra stop before a 7:30 work appointment. If corporate is going to change their offerings, change their naming and change their prices.

Never have I stayed...well...attempted to stay at a hotel so filthy. The first room I was given was a smoking room which I requested a non-smoking. It smelled as if someone or something had rotted away in it during 100 degree heat. They switched me to another room on the second floor this time. Room next to me blasting rap music. There were no towels or pillow cases in the room. Two of the six pillows had blood stains on them. Others were discolored yellow from sweat I am guessing. I called the desk twice and went down once to request towels and new pillows with pillow cases. No one ever came. I then went to the desk and told them what was going on and I couldn't stay there due to health concerns and I wanted a refund and to check out. I had only been there maybe an hour and a half. I was told there was no one there that could authorize a refund and asked to call Monday. This was on a Saturday. Needless to say I am still trying to get that refund and someone authorized on the phone. Heed my warning! Do not stay there!!!!

Property should be condemned! It is absolutely disgusting everything about it! Workers standing by front door smoking. Halls smell like ...well mildew, smoke, ****, garbage. Black mold inside ac units in rooms and on fixtures outside building. Outlets are fire hazards. Guy behind dumpster was stirring what looked like a water barrel then watering plants behind dumpster. Bedframes torn from all with years worth of dust, dirty qtips, and sucker sticks stuck to them and wall. Floors not vacuumed. I honestly have nothing good to say! Left within hour of check-in and can't seem to get them to refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room stinker. Smell like mildew. Air conditioner didn’t work well. The breakfast was worse then ever saw Nothing a diabetic could eat. Honey bun and snak bar juice and coffee. They did offer me another room but I can’t do stairs

Decent 1 night stay
Our stay was nice. Friendly staff for sure. Only complaint id have is the spaghetti noodle stuck yo the ceiling and the ceiling was dirty throughout the room. Other than that perfect for the money

Do NOT stay here. Building smelled terrible, mold found in the AC unit, bed frame was broken and dirty, holes in the walls in the bathroom. Staff told us we could not get a refund and sounded very rehearsed as if this happens all the time. This place should be condemned.
