There was no heat in the room. They said it was going to be fixed but it wasnt. Spend the 3 nights without any heat. Unfortunately I dont recommend staying there.

The pictures on the site are not accurate. The place is definitely outdated, and lacks cleanliness. From the lobby, to the rooms, to the elevator and stairs. You absolutely feel unsafe in this place and some guests seem to be engaged in suspicious activities.

At check in, I asked for ground floor room. Despite the fact that the parking lot was 90% empty i was turned down.
Al’s room door made enormous noise opening and closing.

Was way too hot in the room. Even with the air on high. Lost TV signal for the rest of the night as well. There was something that was stuck on one of the blankets. Not sure what it was.

广告上说有游泳池和健身房，但去了之后发现都没有了，也没有早餐。前台工作人员说，自疫情以来，我当初在筛选时看到的这些设施就都没有了。他们说可以取消预订，但钱要5到7天才能退回到我的卡上，那样我就没钱再订别的房间了。他自然而然地把责任推给了酒店员工以外的其他人。晚上任何时候都有人在走廊里走动，我觉得这会让带小孩的家庭感到不安。我们开车6个小时才到那里，前一天我特意打电话询问，如果提前到了，能否先游泳或在泳池边休息，接电话的小姐说可以。结果我们到了之后才发现根本没有泳池。

价格实惠，床非常舒适，我订的是无烟房，房间无烟，干净，浴室维护得很好，床单和枕头也很好，地理位置优越，靠近 I55，只需大约 20 或 25 英里即可直接到达市中心分钟，附近还有其他酒店、超市和餐馆，Vilveria，如果我能得到我找到的价格，恭喜你保持这个空间清洁☺️
