Was way too hot in the room. Even with the air on high. Lost TV signal for the rest of the night as well. There was something that was stuck on one of the blankets. Not sure what it was.

Walking in to the main lobby was a bit scary- just run down and there was a security window before the main door to the lobby. Lobby was worn down and shabby. There were hotel rooms that opened to the outdoors which I don’t like, but there was also an enclosed hallway with rooms which is where our room was. Our hotel room had been remodeled and it was very clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated. The hotel only provided a small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. There was plenty of soap. No coffee maker but they offered free coffee in the lobby. The parking was fabulous and free. I don’t think I would stay here again just because of the run down vibe, but the hotel was very inexpensive for Chicago area.

Lovely property. My only issue was the air conditioner was extremely noisey and the light sensor for the bathroom was outside the bathroom, so you had to time ⏲️ your use to prevent being suck in the dark. Otherwise, the room was okay and the property was well kept.

Terrible place
The room smelled of stale cigarettes which we reserved a non smoking room and the place was dirty so we left and went to find another hotel. I’m requesting my money back.

广告上说有游泳池和健身房，但去了之后发现都没有了，也没有早餐。前台工作人员说，自疫情以来，我当初在筛选时看到的这些设施就都没有了。他们说可以取消预订，但钱要5到7天才能退回到我的卡上，那样我就没钱再订别的房间了。他自然而然地把责任推给了酒店员工以外的其他人。晚上任何时候都有人在走廊里走动，我觉得这会让带小孩的家庭感到不安。我们开车6个小时才到那里，前一天我特意打电话询问，如果提前到了，能否先游泳或在泳池边休息，接电话的小姐说可以。结果我们到了之后才发现根本没有泳池。
抽烟房扣押金，太可恶了
价格实惠，床非常舒适，我订的是无烟房，房间无烟，干净，浴室维护得很好，床单和枕头也很好，地理位置优越，靠近 I55，只需大约 20 或 25 英里即可直接到达市中心分钟，附近还有其他酒店、超市和餐馆，Vilveria，如果我能得到我找到的价格，恭喜你保持这个空间清洁☺️
