Disappointed

We checked in around 930 pm and asked for a late check out at noon. The front desk said no issue and wrote it down on a notepad. The next day house keeping knocked and barged right in at 11:15 am. We said we asked for a late check out and she said what time and that she did not know. Told her noon and she left. We checked out 11:45 and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Told me he had no idea. I told him that the night front desk wrote it down and he looked through the sticky notes like I was lying. I said do you need anything else and he said nope. I said thank you and he said nothing. Will not stay again at this hotel and we had just left a Holiday Inn Express in Arlington TX and headed to another in Abilene KS the next night.

i did not research this before booking as the holiday inn is usually fine. the location was sketchy. A gentleman that had been staying there let me know just a few days ago several cars were broke in to and releaved of their personal belonging. thisis un acceptable for the cost of a room at this establishment.

Staff and facility are nice, my dogs were welcomed with a small fee which we totally expect to pay a little extra. For a Saturday morning which was busy some of kitchen staff woukd have rather had social hour rather than making sure biscuits and gravy were stocked. Otherwise it was a great experience.
