This property is dirty and outdated. My bedsheets had a pair of used socks laying in it. The shower was moldy. The kitchen didn’t have any plates, cups, cookware, utensils. The front desk told us they were sold out of kitchen ware. The area around the hotel feels unsafe too. Would not recommend!!

This is a terrible property, and it should not be listed with *******. It is dirty and run down. The carpets are absolutely filthy, countertops had holes and stains, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Obviously would never return.

this was a good property for its price. i got the room last minute but it was decent. it was clean and the staff was very friendly. i found a baby spider in the bathroom on my last day there but there were no bugs or anything otherwise

Staff was very friendly. Regular police patrolling the area. Could use a little minor maintenance (chain lock on my door was broken). Water to entire facility was shut off one morning without warning for approx. 90 minutes starting about 9 am - would have been really annoying if I was in the shower.

When we got there, the lady at The registration desk, said that we got the last room available and it might not be too clean. She went to check it and said it was OK. It was not. I’m in the process of getting a refund right now. I did not stay there.

Uncaring, condescending employee (only one on staff seen).
Rooms incredibly shabby.
No bathtub plug for bathing.
Formica countertops stained & nicked.
Switched rooms due to broken flatscreen-video went ignored by staff member who then flippantly was ‘being helpful’ by offering a new room while blatantly ignoring video.
Beds comfy with clean linens.
I had mistakenly booked a non refundable 2nd night before encountering the shamefully inhospitable behavior of the staff member and having to switch rooms.

This property was dingy. The staff was very nice but the property needs upgrading! The first room we got put into smelled like cat pee it was horrible. No amount of spray could mask the scent that was coming from
The carpet. Me and my partner could bare to sleep in that. They upgraded our room for free, the upgrade was better but everything was old in there. The hallways had a funky smell to them. Thank goodness the staff was nice that’s the only good thing I really can say about it.

Bed was comfortable. No breakfast to speak of, just pre-packaged muffins.
Room floor was very dirty with hair everywhere. I used a swiffer jet mop, and the pad was black when finished. The Bathroom door handle falling off. Hallway carpet very dirty.
