My second time staying at this hotel and it was adequate. Yasmin at the the front desk at check in was the highlight of the stay...very nice and friendly with easy and quick check in. She made the experience better since the room was not the cleanest.

Elvis festival
Very clean, everyone was so nice & helpful, didn't have to ask for clean linens everyday love that the purple green & gold colors were great including the purple sofas love them , hot breakfast every morning was great as well , parking was great , we loved our stay , we were there for the Elvis tribute artist festival it was AWESOME!!! Can't wait to go back next year ...

Both the Wyndham app. And the ******* app list the pet policy as 2 pets at 25 dollars per night. However, upon arrival I was told the app listings on their own site was not correct and that it is 25 dollars per animal. I felt like this was false advertising. I would not stay here again. This is the only La Quinta I have ever had a problem with over pet fees.

Food was good, room was clean. Made reservations, when I arrived the elevator was out of order. Staff would not get me a room on the lower floor. I’m 67 with cancer and had to use the stairs to walk and carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The next day elevator still not working had to carry luggage back down to check out.

Some of the staff were extremely nice, but not all of them. The woman who runs the front desk in the evenings didn't like answering the phone; she preferred you use text and was quick to respond to texts, but sometimes a phone call is easier. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice.

The staff was friendly. Besides that, it was a place to sleep. I understand it's pet friendly, but we don't have a pet and there were long white dog hairs all over the floor, in the bathroom, and on the comforter. The rest of the property appeared clean. The outside door slammed every time someone came in or out. The hallways were noisy and at one point a dog was barking outside our door. There was no deadbolt on our door. Around 8:30 am, I was in the shower and my husband said someone (not us) used a key to open our door even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I guess they heard the shower and shut the door.
