The attempt to fix up an old place was not successful. The smell of old stale cigarette smoke filled the room. Curtains were stained. Something was crusty on the bedside lamp. Would’ve left had it been refundable.

The room was damp. Side entrance security doors did not lock….anyone can walk in from the street/road. We stayed Tuesday through Saturday (prepaid). Our room was never serviced/cleaned. We asked about it on the Friday and was told that the room was supposed to be cleaned, but since we were checking out on Saturday they decided not to.🙁

We stay here every time and love the hotel but this time the room smelled of mildew and carpet along with sheets were damp.

Great place to stay, great guest service, the room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast options. Highly recommended staying here.

Ratings online look good, the room we stayed in 221 was so humid and wet, furniture looked in terrible shape, scuffed up walls, bed makes noise when you turn your body. Outside of the building also looked like it’s not very well maintained.

Did not use the pool or gym but they were accessible and in great condition.

Overall the stay was fine. Very strong mildew/mold smell the carpet felt damp so it just had that old wet smell. Small gym but everything else was doable for a one night stay.
这是我们第二次住在这里。本以为会和上次一样，能有四五星级的体验，但结果并非如此。
我们浴室的地面非常滑，上面沾满了油，所以我们不得不小心翼翼，生怕摔倒。直到深夜我才突然想到，整个浴室地面之所以这么滑，很可能是因为洒了杀虫剂。我看到三只小蟑螂正在墙上爬，然后钻进了水槽下面。
我们被分配到了一张特大号床的房间，而不是我预订的两张大号床。床垫看起来也不平整，床头那边明显塌陷了下去。
我当时应该要求换房间的，但我们入住得太晚了，而且孩子已经洗过澡了。我们第二天早上又要早早离开，所以只好忍忍就算了。
这家酒店将在11月开始进行为期数月的全面翻修。希望到时候能彻底翻新，从地板到天花板都焕然一新，把那些老旧开裂的家具都换掉。
但经过这次体验，我可能不会再选择住在这里了。
