Worst hotel stay of my life. Dirty. Musty. Filthy. Grimy. Horrible. Staff was pleasant but honestly niceness did not make one bit of difference. Stayed here because my son had a baseball tournament. The day of the stay the tournament schedule changed and we did not need to room anymore. I tried to cancel to get refund but it was against the cancellation policy so we were obligated to stay. I wasn’t going to waste $200 and we hoped for a nice night. It was THE WORST. Room smelled like smoke. Hair on the phone if the room. Dirty. Shower handle fixture fell off the wall. Fitness room was so unsanitary. I complained and all they did was give me back the $30 that everyone gets returned after their stay. It made me want to avoid Best Western forever. It’s unfortunate since we do a lot of traveling. I do not recommend this place unless you want to “rough” it for $200 a night. Sorry not sorry.

The room was in good condition and very clean. The suite was very spacious and had nice layout. Everything was working OK including WIFI. Suite had two large TV's, one in the living area and one in bedroom. Kitchenette had few dishes; plates, silverware, can opener and real ceramic coffee cups. I took one point off for keys that didn't work well and the eggs at the breakfast that didn't taste like real eggs. Otherwise the breakfast was very good. The bed was very soft but I seemed to sleep well regardless.

For starters it’s not that clean, they say they have a pool but the pool has been closed for 3 years! And they took 300 dollars off my card without telling me, leaving me in negatives because I had a balance yet they think it’s legal?! The workers don’t bring a good energy either. I know a lot about this place since I’ve been staying here for over a year but I’m so sick of it they stole my whole paycheck

Smelly hallways of cigarettes and dog poop. Breakfast was not great. The worst part was the thin walls. We could hear the ice machine all night and I brought it up to front desk, who did nothing to help.

Our room was right across the hall from the housekeeping and laundry facility. My daughter and I woke up to yelling, chatter and banter at 7am. All morning long the staff come in and out and were very loud. Their voices echoes up and down the hall and into our room. They woke me up even through earplugs and my daughter who normally sleeps like a a rock was woken up too. Terrible experience.

I just checked out after a one night stay. As soon as I walked in, there was a stuffy, musty, feel in the air. Carpets were dingy and glass doors and windows were smudged, including fingerprints on the shower door. Air conditioner in room did not work properly. Mattress was enclosed in a plastic bed bug bag, which is good, but it did not have a mattress pad so sleeping was noisy and hot. Breakfast was neatly presented but floor was sticky, no eggs offered, no tongs for waffle maker, cranberry juice in apple juice. Weight room was hot and stuffy. Pool was closed, a bed sheet was draped over the door. Best Western does not have the pool listed on their website but Priceline still has it, which is where I reserved the room. This is a pet friendly hotel and it shows. I do not recommend this hotel at all and if I could have afforded another one I would have left last night, shortly after checking in.

I attempted to get the staff to address some concerns, to no avail. We stayed there because of the kitchen, but 50% of the appliances were unusable and the front desk provided zero support. I waited for a week for management to respond appropriately before posting these photos.

They put us on the 2nd floor all the way down two hallways at room 240!!! This place has gone down hill big time!!! Don’t waste your money!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

We went to a concert at Gillette Stadium and it was close to the venue. Room was great. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. It was a very busy weekend and rooms were difficult to find in the area. We stayed on the third night of the concert and the staff were still wonderful after a very busy time with a lot of turnover of rooms.
