酒店回复: First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to the guest.When the guest informed me that their room was not cleaned, I told them that the regular housekeepers were on leave on that day and there were other people working in their place. Inadvertently, they did not clean that particular room.As suggested by the guest the words "cleaners did not work on Sunday" were not uttered at all.However, I do apologize once again for the inconvenience caused to the guest. 一进门就直接走了出去。床上污渍斑斑,墙上洞洞,走廊昏暗,停车场里还有可疑活动。整个地方都弥漫着难闻的气味。我12岁的女儿害怕极了,浑身不自在。我们要求退房且不收费时,前台的女士态度很差,一句话都不说就打断了我。我们告诉也订了房间的朋友不要浪费时间,然后我们一起去了最佳西方酒店,非常满意。绝对不推荐这家糟糕的酒店。
日班员工热情友好。夜班女士粗鲁且脾气暴躁。我和她以及我家人的互动都不太愉快。如果她真的是老板娘,就不应该和客人互动。我问了她一些问题,她显然很生气。我们感觉很不受欢迎。我们不会再来了。

令人失望的酒店体验
我们抵达时,经理态度很不友好。我们住的房间很脏,床也坏了,所以我们投诉了。经理取消了预订,我们不得不换了另一家酒店。
靠近山溪度假村
这家酒店靠近山溪度假村,环境不错。干净舒适,但略显陈旧。工作人员非常乐于助人,也很友好。如果我需要价格合理的房间,我一定会再次入住这里。
我们去的时候下雪了,虽然他们很快就清理了停车场的积雪,但他们陡峭的入口车道上似乎没有撒盐或沙子。早餐的华夫饼很美味。
