I called to let them know I would be checking in late or early that morning. They canceled my already paid reservation as a no show when I showed up to check in. So I didn't get to stay at your Hotel.

Place is next to highway so the noise is prevalent all night. During our stay elevator was not working (we were on third floor) and tv in the room did not work.
Breakfast mediocre but typical. Coffee plentiful!

The door didn’t want to lock could tell it had been broke for awhile. Tv didn’t work just had a blue screen. And the shower water pressure was terrible. Won’t be back.

Improve the communication skills of the desk clerk.
Desk clerk on arrival, Natish, was difficult to understand and not courteous to me request. I booked and paid for 2 guest and asked for 2 keys. He demanded the name of the second guest and ID and I refused to provide. I've NEVER in 30 years of LaQuinta had been asked for 2nd guest name. He then refused to give me one key just for me. It was not what I needed after 11 hours of driving.

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean, which is getting more & more rare these days, & the staff was very nice. I have no complaints & would definitely stay there again.

我曾多次使用美国签证作为合法身份证明入住美国的酒店，但尽管我已经支付了两个房间的费用，他们还是不让我进入，因为除了签证之外，我还需要护照。
