No elevators for heavy suitcases 👎. Clean and tidy room. Some hallways were locked and some NOT SECURE🤔

So far so good. I'll finish on the morning after sleep and breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

If hearing the highway bothers you think twice the room was super clean and bed was comfortable some noise from other people but office was quick to fix over all was a good value

*This is a motel and not a hotel. The pictures are deceptive and only show what appears to be an indoor hotel, but that's just the suite. All other rooms are located outside in a motel setting. I was super disappointed after finding that out, especially after how much they charged. The room was okay, but not okay, since I was under the impression this was a hotel and not a motel. The only positive thing was the friendly staff. I won't be staying here again and feel like I got hustled by the owner.

Floor in room was very dusty/dirty, out feet were black. Shower faucet would not stop dripping. Our deadbolt was not even screwed in properly.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The floor was dirty. The shower drained slowly and the bathtub was cracked. There is no sound barrier could hear the normal conversation going on next door and the people above us stomping around at all hours of the night.

Room was dated but comfortable. Could not split bill with my friend, which most hotels are able to do. Staff is friendly. Lots of highway noise. No elevator. Gallup is a railroad town so expect train noise wherever you do stay.

I needed a ground floor room for my wife who has trouble with stairs. I was bluntly told they had none. Since I was out of options I had to take the room. Won't stay there again.

NO HOT WATER!!! PUT ME IN A ROOM THAT HAD AJOINING ROOM AND IT WAS NOISY. I HAD A RESERVATION SO SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A MUCH BETTER ROOM!
我们大约下午1点到达，但入住时间是3点。接待我们的卡特里娜说，我们可以先在小大厅等候，或者她可以打开餐厅的门，让我们在那里等房间准备好。
我们进去等候，卡特里娜叫我上去，问我们可以选择一楼还是二楼的房间。我们选择了一楼。我们竟然可以直接把车停在酒店门口！房间非常干净，床也很舒服，地理位置优越，步行即可到达餐厅！非常棒的住宿体验！
