Clean room and great layout! Very comfortable bed; slept soundly! Over-all very comfortable room; great location; quiet; safe; clean building and grounds. Would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom didn’t seem to have thoroughly cleaned. Hair in bathtub, toilet had stains. Paint in bathroom was chipped. Room’s door looked to have been repaired from a forced entry. Not reassuring.

The manager was amazingly helpful, the cookies were delicious, the hotel was clean and even decorated, and we even had a nightlight not connected to a bathroom fan!

This seems silly, but a designated nightlight that wasn’t connected to the fan. The cookies on the lobby are delectable. Probably most important, Cathy(manager) and Dominic (night desk) were PHENOMENAL at helping with problems.

Very disappointed in this property. My reservation was for three nights starting on Monday. I was unable to make the trip so called the property Monday morning, as a courtesy, to let them know I wouldn’t be going. The individual that took my call asked me for my name, then pulled up my reservation and said, “there is a 24 hour cancellation policy” to which I responded “I understand” then she hung up on me. Very disappointed in the rudeness of the individual. It’s not like I was trying to get my money back, was just being courteous to let them know I wouldn’t make the trip. Needless to say I won’t schedule another reservation at this hotel

Breakfast was good. Hotel is dated but clean and staff was friendly. However they tried to charge me $6 for a water I didn’t touch.
