Very disappointed in this property. My reservation was for three nights starting on Monday. I was unable to make the trip so called the property Monday morning, as a courtesy, to let them know I wouldn’t be going. The individual that took my call asked me for my name, then pulled up my reservation and said, “there is a 24 hour cancellation policy” to which I responded “I understand” then she hung up on me. Very disappointed in the rudeness of the individual. It’s not like I was trying to get my money back, was just being courteous to let them know I wouldn’t make the trip. Needless to say I won’t schedule another reservation at this hotel

Breakfast was good. Hotel is dated but clean and staff was friendly. However they tried to charge me $6 for a water I didn’t touch.

“The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient.” “The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.” “The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home.” “The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and on the whole, I was impressed of the hotel.

Staff was friendly, we found ants and maintenance came in and found old fork stuck behind desk. They did get us to a new room but it seemed it was old room.

The staff was very friendly. Nice spacious room. Bathroom was a good size nice hit shower. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast is your typical hot and cold choices. Would stay here again

Comfortable stay
No bugs, my biggest concern with hotels. The carpet next to the walls and especially in the corners was dirty in our room but everything else was clean. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep through the night. The pool was warm and the entire pool area was clean. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff was friendly. We were in the very last room of the hall so the hot water took quite awhile to start, not unexpected for location. The area was quiet with several stores and restaurants close. We didn't see other guests until the morning, but we didn't hear anything throughout the night.
