I drove by. It looked rundown, and I just kept driving. I had no energy to deal with another crappy red roof in after the one. I just spent the night in in Amarillo, Texas.

The room was fine and the staff were very friendly. Our only problem was our neighbors were loud so that’s not something you could fix. We would stay there again.

Water handle in bathroom was very difficult to use. But good hot water. Comfortable bed. Heater worked great. Budget stay motel easy access going west to I-40. Convenient gas stations across the road if you need a snack .

There was no water when I arrived. I reported it to the office and I was told they are working on it. The water did come on about 2 hours later but there was only cold water. The next when I tried to take a shower there was still only cold water.

Our stay was just okay. The room itself was clean and the pillows were surprisingly nice, but the beds were not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. On top of that, we were kept awake by dogs barking throughout the night and the sound of a train passing by.
It wasn’t a terrible stay, but between the noise and the uncomfortable bed, it definitely wasn’t the most restful experience.

The hotel is old and is showing its age. The pictures on EXpedia's website are a far cry from up close and in person. I feel misled by ******* and how it represented the hotel. The towels were well-worn and smelled. There were stains on the ceiling, and the walls had body fluids on them. The area around the hotel is rough, and I was concerned about the safety of my car. The free breakfast may as well be free; it was sparse, and the selection was not great unless you just want coffee and bread. I guess you get what you pay for, but it was rated 8 plus on *******.
