If your hotel standards are higher than average , I would most definitely pass on this Comfort Suites. It did not meet my standards at all. Lobby was dirty, room was the same. Mattresses were terrible and linens were old and frayed. The couch was filthy with holes and rips in the cushions an upholstery. On the plus side, the check in was easy and staff was polite and respectful. They also allow pets.

Staff was great but the room itself left a lot to be desired. It’s disgusting to take a shower and there be someone else’s hair on the shower wall, the room had a pull out but the cushions for it had holes and tears. What could have been mold on the wall in the bathroom. Did it work for what I needed yes. Will I stay here again no.

The inside of the hotel was run down. One room was even missing it's room number plague and had a piece if paper slapped (think post-it note) on the wall with the room number on it. There were stains all over the ceiling in our room (top floor, 3) from water leaking, and it appeared it was sagging. There was a huge (dinner plate) sized nasty blood looking stain on the box spring to one bed. The carpet into the bathroom was coming up, fraying about 6-8" back & 10-12" across. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa, so I attempted to call the front desk to get them. The phone in the room was broken so I called the main number to the hotel. It answered with the automated, "Thank you for calling Comfort Suites Gallup....press 2 for front desk".......I followed the prompt for the front desk but it rang through to ONE OF THE OTHER ROOMS! I tried a couple of times and it kept ringing through to the poor other customer's room....AT MIDNIGHT. So, I marched myself down to the front desk in my pj's and wild hair for the front desk guy sitting on his phone, not a care in the world. He didn't seem to care to hear about how their main number was ringing through to one of their rooms, waking a customer up.

It was an ok place to stay. The breakfast was fine. All in all it was a decent one nights stay.

The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, she is the heart of the breakfast service! The hotel is very nice, clean, and the room was very good.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was convenient to get to. The hotel was clean and well-kept. I especially enjoyed the tribute to Veterans. What a nice gesture!

部分区域清洁不彻底。也许是空调不太好，但无论我怎么降低温度，一整夜都是热的。
