Virtual check in was weird. I prefer a more personal interaction. It was especially difficult since the guy had a strong accent and the room was echoey. I had a hard time understanding all he was saying. He was polite, though. Not at all his fault.

Pet friendly…Decent hotel for a one night stay.
Older definitely, but clean. Our only issue was the walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations in the next room and my granddaughter could hear me talking on my phone when I was outside of the hotel!

The room had a comfey, homey feel to it. It was also clean and the pool and hot tub were also very clean and well-kept.

Lots of defects in the hotel, room had something sticky on the floor, pool towels were dirty. This hotel needs renovation
