Room 121 was most excellent. Clean. Everything worked. Everything was completely comfortable.
The front desk experience was robotic but friendly.

I had the option to stay in a less expensive motel with no breakfast included but I spent the extra five bux to stay here for hopefully a nice Continental breakfast.
WHAT I SHAME! There were two bagels in a Walmart Great value bag and the last 4th end butt of a loaf of bread also in a store plastic bag. No fruit. Empty fridge. I don't know what the waffles were made of but it seemed like tasteless cardboard. Could not eat.

It was a very nice room however and for the price worth it, and I did enjoy my stay there 🙏

As far as breakfast, we do not have a fridge out in the breakfast area, why do you have a problem with what kind of bagels and bread brand the hotel has? Waffle mix is delivered by Golden Waffles, so you may have not brushed your teeth that morning. IDK! have a great day.

I was unable to check in, but I got a receipt that I was still charged for the stay. Can you confurm the charge?

This building was literally falling apart in the hall to the room. The room was pretty clean.

Property kinda sketchy. No lock on the outside door to the hotel. So anyone could walk in to the building. Outside screens ripped, and bent, i think people lived there also. Paid by the week/month. Wasnt noisy, but just gave off a weird vibe. Out skirts of town.

Overall stay was ok, a 50$ deposit was taken and never returned. When I inquired about it 4 days later they said they didn't take a deposit and directed me to a 1800 number for billing. Not trustworthy.

Our records indicate you $50 deposit was refunded after check out. once it is released from us it takes 5-10 business days for it to show on your account and depending which bank branch you have your account with. We do not have a 1-800 number for any refunds or a billing department. Thank You!

Outdated but clean . While safe it is in bad shape on the outside side the room was quite adequate and lean. Probably would not stay here again given other nicer hotels close t.

They need to close this location
This place should be closed. We clearly were not getting our kicks on Route 66 at this place. We were traveling through as a family and if I could have afforded to walk away from my reservation I would have. I know it is Econo Lodge but it is in bad shape and does not represent what I've seen in other Econo Lodge's. Staff was rude at check in. Some type of liquid was dripping from the ceiling in the lower hallway in multiple places. Exterior doors never lock so seems like a safety issue on a major highway. Glue down LVP flooring was bubbled up and coming off the floor in the bathroom. The continental breakfast is a joke. Only one positive, the beds were comfortable.
