I usually deal with Kimberly but Liza was very helpful yesterday. Staff is always very helpful and they remember my favorite room.

The custodial staff put way too much oil on the floor. A hint of oil makes it shine but too much damaged clothing and was slippery. They cleaned the oil off the day i called, but flooded it again the next day.

As the condition with 2 Stars and build it in 1976. It is still on good condition (Floor, mattress, Refrigerator, clean, house keeping, Swimming pool and courtyard). Very convenience area to restaurant, Golf course and supermarket, Auto car store. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful. Hopefully, they will have buyer soon and rebuild it. (New bedding sheets, Furniture, Bathroom, toilet, AC system, re model swimming pool, room door. Re organizing the kitchen staff, specially the chef. ) Terrible Biscuits(Rock), low quality hash browns without crispy texture. Whaffe house better.

作为一名旅行护士，我住过很多酒店，但这家酒店无疑是我住过最好的酒店之一。是的，它是一栋老建筑，但你得忽略这一点。我的房间宽敞干净，每天都会清理垃圾，更换新毛巾。床很舒服，酒店标准配置的家具一应俱全。我住了10天，最满意的是这里很安静。没有楼上传来的脚步声，也没有孩子在走廊里跑闹。员工也很友好乐于助人。总的来说，我强烈推荐Plantation Inn。
停车场到处都是小酒瓶。房间里冰冷刺骨，但空调温度却显示74华氏度（约23摄氏度）。醒来后发现镜子、浴室台面和其他表面上都有凝结的水珠。我猜他们平时不打扫，因为房间里好几处都有死虫子。工作人员很棒，但地方不太好！

房间有霉味。不干净。我到达时，浴室很脏，马桶里有棕色的污渍。床很舒服，但我睡在了被子里。房间外几乎整晚都积满了灰尘。
前台很粗鲁，我们入住了4天，第二天他们就关闭了游泳池，还不肯退款。所以阵亡将士纪念日和我的生日那天，我们只能待在房间里，什么也没做，因为天气实在太热，根本没地方凉快。
