The staff at this location was very nice during the two hours that we were without hot water. These things happen........... The Homewood Suites - Houma, LA used to be a great location. Things have gone down hill. The toilet had a big glob of paint on it. There was missing floor/grout in the bathroom, and the lack of ANY sneeze guard screens during breakfast. The concept of the jam/spreads going in/out of the refrigerator everyday does not sound sanitary. The missing sneeze guards, not individually wrapped plasticware, and the missing hand soap in BOTH bathroom dispensers was disturbing. I really appreciate the access to a printer while we were there.

Staff was great. Rhonda is a star. Water pressure on 4th floor could be a bit better. Pillows are ok, but could improve.
Overall, great value for your money and very clean.

It was clean and every person that worked there that I interacted with were extremely kind, very sweet and accommodating with huge smiles. I will be back.

Was placed in handicap room and didn’t ask fir this type of room. Garbage disposal in room stank. Overall room great. Couldn’t run both tvs due to their location sound was awful. Hallways very very warm but room was great.
