I received an email the day before our checkin that said “Complete your pre-arrival check-in using the link below to save time at the front desk when you pick up your room keys:”. So I filled it out - credit card info and even a picture of my drivers license was requested. Okay I thought this is great all I’ll have to do is grab the keys and go to our room. No such luck. We arrived around 8pm and when I went to the front desk hoping to get the key to ny room I had to provide my credit card and drivers license again plus the info on my car which I had already given them in the email. I was NOT happy. The room was okay. Fridge and microwave a plus. Bed was comfortable. AC made a noise so we deferred to keep it off which was an issue in the morning when the guests next door were leaving (6am) and decided to have a conversation outside our room. Usually the AC covers most of the noise at the hotels. I did mention this to the front desk (all of it). Also an electronic door opener would be great to enter and exit the hotel. It’s hard to drag your suitcases in and out when trying to manipulate the double doors. Breakfast was average.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the building’s sound proofing blocked out the noise of the trains passing by.

This is a very old property and conditions reflect that. The linens were worn and did not look quite clean-most likely due to the age. Towels were old and thin. Otherwise, it was clean as best as could be expected due to age. Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. OK for a quick overnight.

一进房间就有一股 老油的味道，像过期的食用油的味道，难闻……
我们在酒店住了两晚，非常享受。房间和浴室都很干净，床也很舒服。酒店有迷你吧和微波炉，还有空调。服务也很棒。有一天晚上，我们订了披萨，送餐非常方便。酒店供应早餐，还有制冰机。停车方便安全。对于66号公路沿线的人来说，地理位置优越。
前台工作人员非常有礼貌。我住在墨西哥风格的温馨客房里，住得很舒服。前台工作人员的热情好客也让我非常感激。
