The bedding was dirty old pillows old linen both had black spots on them as if it was bedbugs or mold didn’t realize until the night before we left had to go out and buy bed linen & pillows to sleep on. Found roaches in the room plus the door wouldn’t open @ times room 129. Will never book there again 😡

Shoddy remodel, incomplete. The room did not feel clean
The bed was squeeky. Room 105, shower missing caulk in some areas
Flooring patched with different material right in front of the vanity sink. Staff NOT service oriented or customer service friendly.

Property shows to offer a swimming pool the pool is covered. The area around the pool has not been taken care of the Breakfast was terrible and my 7 year old could have made something better the Cereal options are not kid friendly.

staff rude and not helpful, room floors were dirt y, holes in curtains and no coffee pot altho there was coffee, cups, and creamers in room.I went to office to get coffee pot and there was none and past 9am to get coffee in officw area, water was leaking from under air conditioner.

Price and reviews were right for a very quick stop (5 hours) on a long road trip. After traffic delays, we arrived around 11:40 PM to a room with a window AC that had not been on, so it was very hot and humid in mid-June. Turned the AC unit on the highest setting, but it still made it hard to sleep, despite me normally being cold-natured. An electrical outlet also didn’t work. A passable stop, but not a place I’d stay again. We left before breakfast, so can’t comment on that. FYI, the lobby is locked overnight, but there is an entry area with night window. Made me wonder a little about the safety of the area.
