Average at best
The main entry light in our room did not work. Not sure if the bulb was burnt out or what. I had to program the TV before it would work. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Staff was extremely courteous and professional.
Plenty of restaurants in sight. I'm too old to walk to them, but a younger person could.
Rooms were surprisingly spacious, 2 beds, 2 chairs and a footstool. Desk for some work, if needed. I was completely satisfied and look forward to my next stay.

For the price, the shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. for that price and the front desk was very quick and friendly.

From the outside the place looks horrible in total need of repair, the inside which is obviously more important was not too bad except for the fact that there were dead bugs on the floor and when I mentioned it to the office person she said “ it’s Texas what do you expect, every hotel has bugs “ well that response really pissed me off so naturally I want everyone to know!

Will be Back
Great place to stay if you need a clean restroom and bed. Will not be my last time here. Only "negative" I would have is the bed needed a comforter. Had a Summer comforter, but AC blowing...would have slept better with a reg comforter.
