Staff was good, the room was OK. but had maintenance issues (left notes for management), I wasn't aware of the "housekeeping only every 3 days" rule, so we had to get our own towels, and bed wasn't made up daily. Supposedly for "green" reasons, but much more obviously to save on labor costs. The breakfast area was the star. EXCELLENT quality and well maintained; coffee was great and HOT. Overall an 8.5 to 9.

Presidential Suite DUMP
When you book the Presidential Suite, this is what you get: Mold on ceiling, rusted sprinklers- concerned if they work, room felt like last minute idea or large storage room with lack of furniture and decor, dark, little lighting, terrible plumbing, funny smell, glad we were there for one night, but definitely not worth the cost & would appreciate some type of refund.

I liked that we were able to walk across the parking lot to eat at Olive Garden and then use the hotel shuttle to get to the Golden Nugget. It was also great that we could call the shuttle when we were ready to go back to the hotel.

Comfortable but warm
Check in was very friendly and pleasant. Parking and the free shuttle was great. The AC in our room never got really cold and the bathroom needed a few repairs. But, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

All staff members were extremely professional and polite, especially at the front desk, the breakfast was excellent, our room is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location
Nice breakfast area & selection. Bed was squeaky and I think there was a bullet hole in our window which kind of freaked me out. Room 218. Nice, clean towels & bedding.
