Not very clean the staff on the property was ok but they lost my reservation some how and when I arrived my room wasn’t ready. I was told I was set to go when I came back but they lost my reservation. The whole situation was not a good look. With the kiosk and the people from another country communicating I don’t know what’s up with that. It was all bad for me.

Made a reservation 5 days prior to visit. Arrived on site and they were sold out and had no reservation for me - even with me showing my confirmation!
I was not the only one. Another man in the lobby had exact same issue, only he had reserved 1 week in advance.

It was terrible all the way across the board top t
It was not a good stay. I had to talk to a guy on a kiosk machine and we couldn’t understand each other. Once I got to the room it wasn’t cleaned, so I had to go back down four flights. I get this room and leave. I come back to a few dogs barking and wake up to a roach crawling on the floor.

There was poop in the toilet and the room and bathroom was just nasty I had to clean the room myself
