No actual front desk clerk, I talked to someone over a screen. Floor in room was sticky. Bathroom floor was buckled from water damage. Multiple fire alarms were chirping due to batteries dying. MULTIPLE fire alarms. Overall, one of the sketchiest places I have ever stayed. Do not ever recommend.

It was supposed to be a handcap room the tv didnt work. We had to change rooms to get a working tv. The first room they tried to change us to smelled of cat urine so we spent our second night with no tv. By the third and last night we were moved to room with a working tv and a somewhat lower bed.
I had to have step stool to get into bed.

This place was terrible.They had plastic on the mattresses and the sheets all had holes,trash piled up in the hallways it was so bad.I couldn't even stay

My room was infested with roaches , and my son room was filled with bed bugs , he woke up with his body full of bites . Room 152 and 153

The room and lobby we're clean but the outside parking lot is littered with cigarette buts, trash all around.

Not very clean the staff on the property was ok but they lost my reservation some how and when I arrived my room wasn’t ready. I was told I was set to go when I came back but they lost my reservation. The whole situation was not a good look. With the kiosk and the people from another country communicating I don’t know what’s up with that. It was all bad for me.
