Brochure looks better than reality
Pictures on site does not reflect the actual hotel. The hotel in general was dirty. You wouldn't want to walk barefoot in the room carpet. We found little roaches in the bedroom. We had NO room service for the whole week, even after asking. The pool is cloudy, and not saltwater or chlorinated, and is ice cold. The beds are super uncomfortable. The breakfast is not as advertised. The only hot food is a waffle maker or you get a package of instant oatmeal- but you have to use the hotwater from the coffee maker in your room to eat it. Theres no hot water in the breakfast area. There'c ceral and bagles and juice. No protein. They were "waiting in a truck" for the past 8 days. When you check in, they charge a $50 deposit, that actually gets taken from your account, not just put on hold, in addition to what is charged on this site.

Rewrite for clarity for hotel review.
Our truck broke down on our way back to Michigan, and we came across this place online. The pictures online did not match the actual room.The room was clean, but the carpet had stains, tub would not drain. Even the area to park and check into the hotel was filthy with stained concrete, cigarette butts, and unkempt, not well-manicured. Staff at the front desk were unfriendly, except for one lady who checked us in. We did not feel safe in this place. There were police outside every day, several times a day, and sketchy peoplele in the parking lot, and on our last day, we booked another, nicer hotel in a better area for the rest of our stay. I don't recommend staying here.

The manager I can't remember her name but she was so helpful and made the stay a true dream. I hope she stays there after the place is bought by new owners.

The superior room with a king bed was very spacious, and it even came with an extremely comfortable couch so I would recommend that. Our bathroom had a huge walk in shower and we loved that. The indoor pool was unfortunately under maintenance work so it was closed, and that was the main reason we booked that certain hotel, so we were disappointed about that. The king bed was very comfortable. The check in/check out desk ladies were very friendly. The people in the next door room had very loud kids at late hours of the night. It seemed like the walls were thin. The housekeeping lady knocked on the door and walked into our room at 10:40am when check out wasn’t until 11:00am so that needs to be addressed with housekeeping for them to make sure they start with the rooms that have already been checked out.. maybe get a list of them who have checked out before the actual check out time.

2 many people handing around out at night. Couple kisiing in between cars. Trash on floor i. Lobby 2 long coffee pot running over onto floor.
Food spill in elevator no attention to it after telling them it was there on the 1st day of check in. Also non handicapped csrd parked in space all night.

Only of you are desperate
The gentleman at the counter was nice, and the only nice thing about this place. The room smelt bad, our shoes stuck to the floor. The pull out mattress looked like a crime scene. There was crayon scribbles all over the walls, and the furniture was gross.
