But you didn't say specific what was dirty. If you would inform front desk we would change your room. Yes there was a technical issue with water heater but it was solved in less than 10 mins and after that hot water was running fine. As per brand standard we do have required facial tissues in a room anymore. We do have hair dry at lobby if you would ask front desk we would give it to you.Thank you,

209号的长期客人态度恶劣。房间噪音很大。房门上没有门挡。没有吹风机。没有晾衣服的地方。房东行为可疑。
禁止访客。房子陈旧，广告图片与实际情况不符。
如果您向工作人员反映问题，他们会要求您离开。酒店允许客人整夜不眠超过一周，但他们根本不在乎。
