The bathroom was filthy, hairs literally stuck to the ceiling, dirty wash cloth hanging on the towel bar, the room smelled and was terrified I was going to catch something. Counter worker was more concerned about being on her phone than with helping us check-in.

我们预订这家酒店是因为家里和周边地区停电。房间里有一股怪味,不过我们设法解决了。晚上7点左右,我们清理了风暴造成的破坏后入住,让孩子们使用了游泳池。我们去洗澡,却发现整晚都没有热水。房间里没有卫生纸和面巾纸,第二天早上第一件事就是去前台索要,结果得到的客户服务非常糟糕。最糟糕的是,酒店工作人员凌晨2点37分就给我打电话!问我们今晚是否保留预订。谁会在那个时候打来?把全屋的人都吵醒了,谁也睡不着。我早上5点就得起床去上班。在被告知没有经理(她正在准备早餐)后,我在大堂和那位女士交谈,她是唯一一位客户服务良好的人。大堂服务台的那位女士(请确认早上7点30分是谁在那里)的服务态度非常糟糕!送餐的女士告诉我,我可以享受房费折扣,还可以延迟退房。我们仍然停电,需要找个地方住,但我再也不会去这家酒店了!
舒适套房 - PIT
房间很干净,水龙头需要修理,但总体来说一切都很好。早餐很丰盛,餐桌区域也很干净。游泳池也和预期的一样好。
这个地方很脏,我的浴室很恶心,到处都是肥皂泡沫,根本打扫不干净,床单上有污渍,总的来说,这里很脏,很糟糕
无论我遇到什么挑战,工作人员都能迅速响应我的需求。他们在服务方面真的做得非常出色,远超预期。

游泳池旁的残疾人座椅无法使用/已损坏。房间布满灰尘。油漆剥落/墙上有洞,用石膏填补,但没有重新粉刷。欧陆式早餐很少。
