The staff were excellent! And our room was tidied up every day without having to ask (which is unfortunately rare these days), with plenty of fresh towels! We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back :)

Clean rooms, pretty sound proof for the most part. Smelled amazing when you walked in.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Great breakfast. Pool was warm, huge and clean. Hot tub was nice. Wish it had been a little hotter, but understandable as it's next to the pool where kids are. And the tiles could've been a little bitcleaner, but probably just minerals. Overall great, would come back.

Room was very clean, sufficient amount of towels. Very friendly person at the front desk. This is why we always stay here when we travel to this area.

我们发现有臭虫… 经理说他们检查过了，但没发现任何东西。
我给低分的主要原因是一进房间就闻到一股浓重的霉味。霉味和霉斑混合在一起，而且整块地毯都湿透了。我不确定他们是不是只用了蒸汽，没烘干？房间里的气味实在太重，让人难以忍受，不过幸运的是，我们大部分时间都不在房间里。早餐根本不存在，只有几块面包、麦片和一些酸奶。泳池很好玩，但几个没人看管的孩子偷走了我们的浴巾和一些东西（没有贵重物品）。我们没有看电视，不过顺便说一下，电视不能上网。房间里的网络也坏了。不会再住了。
