Staff was great. Rooms clean but couldn't get room service the last day of my stay but the desk agent took care of everything. She was awesome.

The front office staff was not friendly. Stayed two night and was give two towels. When asked for one additional one, I wasn’t able to obtain. Front office indicated they were being washed asked housekeeping. Housekeeping directed me back to front office. If you’re looking for quick stay with no expectation, this is fine. Central location to Legends mall and restaurants in walking distance.
Bed was super comfortable.
Water pressure was excellent.

The elevator was out of service. I must’ve walked up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor (where my room was) at LEAST 40 times up and 40 times down. Other than that, no issues.

A nice home away from home…
Great experience for the price! I live in KCK and just wanted a night away from home! The room was nice! Felt like a little apartment and great location…right near all of the shopping and dining I could want at the Legends!

This is a good place to stay if you need a basic place to stay. No extras like hair dryer or lotion. The front desk was very helpful. It was adequate for what we needed.

Great location to all things near Legends KC. Could use some upgrades & deep cleaning or new carpet in the halls. Smelled a little musty & furniture a bit worn.
Suite was roomy with a cold vlowing ac.

The area was convenient.
Inconvenience is we got the wrong room. Was on the phone with ******* for hours. They wanted me to move locations however nothing was available that weekend. So since i had to stay at that hotel, the ******* employee hung up. No discount, no refund, nothing. On top of that i paid a price of a suite and got a studiofor 2 nights. And the employee there said i was WAY overcharged. Ill only book through the hotel via phone from now on!
