We had a very comfortable bed. Couldn’t control room temperature. It was hot all night. Was surprised by having to pay for parking. No free breakfast.

I should give them 10 stars for the mess i left them after a wonderful week here. The Hyatt never ceases to impress from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, well kept. Some with great views of titletown. The pool is clean, along with the sauna, hot tub, and steam room. They always seem to be working and available in these times when a lot of hotels are closing their pools or they are "not working" [which means, "I'm to cheap to upkeep them"] the Hyatt doesnt disappoint when it comes to maintaining the amenities. The staff is wonderful and my housekeeper, forger her name so im going to guess Cassandra? Was more than accomodating on check-out day amd i overslept!! Staff, amenities, location, all make the Hyatt where you should stay when visiting Green Bay! Unless your afraid of heights that is.

The bed in our room was the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel.
Also when we had to check out a day earlier than planned due to husband’s health issues, our bill was credited with the missed nights stay immediately without us having to ask about it. That was so appreciated at a stressful time and will be remembered the next time I am making reservations somewhere.

All staff were wonderful. Hotel is just tired. Carpet in room was dingy and had waves like hills in it from being worn or just plain old.

Happy that there is a certified gluten free resultant nearby.
The room was very noisy due to loud road noise until 1am. This prevented me from sleeping, which is mostly for the lower rating. It made us get a later start on the next day, which is what we did not like and was not anticipated in our plans.
The room was cold, didn’t feel like the heat was working as well as it should. The temperature outside was colder than expected that night and was warmer the next day.
The room itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The parking lot ended up being full so we parked in the parking garage, and we were given a refund. Parking in the garage was free.It was nearby.
The workout room had different and variety equipment. There is one elliptical that needs maintenance.
We would stay here again, just not in the same room.
The people who worked there were kind.

We typically stay at this hotel but this will be the last time. We tried adjusting the temperature in our room to cooler but it only got hotter. Since it was supposed to be a cooler night, we opened the patio door which did not have a screen on it. Patio was full of creepy crawlies and the road noise was unbearable. We checked out in the early AM and drove over an hour home.

酒店服务员服务态度差 前台经理不讲道理 餐厅服务员直接翻我白眼！（因为我前一天晚上喝多了 所以我想要喝粥或者汤.当然国外早上你想要这两个东西是非常困难的 所以我点了一杯橙汁喝一杯树莓汁.餐厅服务员直接翻我白眼问我你还要别的食物吗？ 我说不要了我只想喝东西 然后服务员直接一甩袖子就走了 之后没有任何的table touch 😩)
房间大小合适，但设施有点旧。电梯也要等很久。卧室电视的 Chromecast 有点小问题，没法用，不过所有员工都非常有礼貌，态度很好。
设施齐全。地理位置优越，就在绿湾河滨步道上。也靠近猫咪天堂保护区，组织有序！
