Had black mold. Could tell they never mopped the room or wiped down the bathroom. The lady at front counter and the guy in the evening at the bar really need a class in customer service. They are extremely rude with a cocky attitude!

First room AC wasn’t working which is a hard pass for me, and then called to see if I was doing something wrong etc, they offered new room with out asking, and I told him that he could bring room keys to me for the inconvenience and he said no problem, and rest of stay was just fine. Would stay again

Overall everything was good. Our room had an are of carpet looking like top layer was missing (just gray backing).

The thermostat in my room did not work.it kept displaying an error message. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would
Have maintenence check. Came back to my room, for the 2nd night, and it still didn't work. Granted it wasn't that cold outside. But 50 degree temp. Is still uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was good. The property is a bit off the main path, nothing really near by as far as dining goes. Besides the restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms could use a "face-lift," as they are older and definitely can be seen. The beds definitely need to be replaced as they would sink in when sat on. The property still uses the little miniature bottles for shampoo /conditioner along with a bar of soap.
Probably the only thing going on for this property is the indoor water park. This was a hit with the kids and gave them something to do.
This place is a good place to do a "stop over" if you are going to the game or just need a place to lay down for the night.

客户服务始终如一。房间保持干净整洁。泳池区非常适合孩子们游泳玩耍。大一点的孩子在其他客人周围玩排球和足球，这很烦人。
泳池里的氯气太严重了，孩子们在里面待了 30 分钟后就开始咳嗽，他们也不让客人过来，即使他们只是照看孩子。
这个地区的酒店设施似乎有点老旧了。路边不远处有个*******景点，也无助于提升氛围。
