There were some discrepancies upon check-in regarding online preregistration, that was annoying, but the staff member was kind and diligently worked on it till it was right.
The pool didn’t look badly from the window, but when we went to get in it, it was disgusting. Their filter wasn’t working or they haven’t treated the pool appropriately.
Breakfast consisted of : toast, bagel, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, oranges, and two cereals. Dining area looked clean. Room was clean. Bed was ok. One of the lamps had an issue. Overall, it was fine. Would stay again if price was right.

The front desk clerks were friendly. We were accommodated with a room downstairs as needed. It's nice enough but an older hotel. Rooms are accessible on the inside. It's located right off the freeway of I 40. Plenty to do in the area. Indoor pool looked nice but they closed before we arrived. The beds are set very high.

Comfortable beds. Need more lights in the room, with a table and outlets on both sides of the bed. Good value for the price.

To rent a jacuzzi room you have to put $100 cash and they have you sign a hand written note saying you paid it, that they also keep. Super sketchy.

Nice person at the desk. Explained the rules of the jacuzzi room and deposit before i got there, was easy to check in, room was just warm when i entered, so a little damp smell. Otherwise, room was great.

非常糟糕，千万别去！
员工态度极其恶劣。泳池水冰冷刺骨，氯气浓度也过高。一位女士坐在泳池外的沙发上看着这一切，让人感觉非常不舒服，而且非常无礼。我们去那里是为了举办生日派对，其中一个孩子只是来玩了一下午，并没有过夜。结果我的朋友不得不额外支付120美元，才能让另一个我们都没过夜的孩子游泳。这简直太荒谬了。
房间噪音大得令人难以忍受，隔着墙都能听到。房间里还有很多虫子。退房时，他们竟然说找不到电视遥控器，还想扣留我们100美元的现金押金，这让我非常恼火。我和前台一起进了房间，发现遥控器藏在床头的枕头底下。总之，我们这辈子都不会再选择这家酒店了。
