The room wasn’t very clean, dust everywhere, a towel had hair on it, and the staff wasn’t very friendly. I got locked out of the hotel for ~10min because the staff wasn’t manning the nighttime phone properly and when they finally let me in their excuse was they had gotten distracted.

Lights didn’t always work, drafts through the windows and whistling of the wind, a rock hard and creaky bed. Couldn’t sleep and ended up leaving and gping somewhere else. Never again!

We reserved a king room and were given a queen upon checking without any notice. We only realized this once we walked into the room. They were painting rooms/repairing ceilings and it smelled very strongly of paint. Additionally the heater did not work. They would not move us to a king room stating there were none available. However, upon checking online they were advertising king rooms. Only after contacting ******* did they (the hotel) offer a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere. Rooms were scarce due to many major events in the area so this was not really an option.

酒店回复: ******* booked you for a King that at the time of them booking you that room we did not have a King room, due to people canceling last minute that day or the day after a King room became available then was sold immediately. I was not aware that your heat was not working until getting this message. ******* called the hotel to tell us to refund you, in order for us to do this yes you would have to check out of the hotel. I am sorry that this has happened ******* will give information that is not always useful.

Not a bad hotel. Nothing fancy but nice. Warm shower. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds clean
