Air conditioning unit did not work at all… there was already a fan in the room so obviously they were aware it didn’t ……staff was very unprofessional, absolutely disgusting dirty tub shower
Had to open the window to get some fresh air, no screen on the window although we were on the third floor the entire building smelled like smoke definitely not enforcing a no smoking policy

酒店回复: I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with us, Parking is very limited to 1 car per room, when guests have Mutiple cars there are no spaces left for others to park, we do strive very hard to make sure that things are ready, unfortunately we do run into obstacles. thank you

The room was absolutely awful! The AC did not work. It just blew warm air. The room was hot and the beds are hard. The only thing that worked was the mini fridge, and it frozen things. The toilet and shower were dirty and stained. The staff was very nice though.

Very dirty. Dead bugs fell from the curtains when we shut them and a plethora of bug carcases had accumulated in the window sill.

Bathtub coating was peeling from sides and bottom and clogging shower drain. Paint peeling from wall. What appeared to be blood stains on comforter, sheets and curtain.

We were given a room that was so small that the door barely cleared the dresser. It had laminate floors vs carpet as shown in pictures. Every surface of the room was covered in an oily film and the room smelled strongly of a chemical disinfectant. There was debris and hair all over the room and the tub & mirror were filthy. We complained and were put in a “good” room which was still dirty and the ceiling was falling down from water damage. We requested a refund from ******* and the front desk personnel was so rude even the ******* rep said she had never encountered such a terrible person and if this was indicative of the property that we should immediately vacate. The rep said she would advise ******* to remove this property as it was not befitting of Expedia’s requirements and responsibilities to its patrons.

酒店回复: The room that you booked was a queen bed, the day that you called and wanted to modify the reservation with two queen beds I advised you that we do not have that room type, the door is very far from the dresser. some rooms have laminate flooring due to them being a pet room, which you did have a pet. this room was checked as soon as you were moved to another room to look for the sticky floor that you reported to the front desk. all of the other allegations did not come until you phoned *******. you were able to be checked out the following day,thank you.
