We stopped by on our way to Niagara Falls. This is a great hotel for value. You can definitely stay here. Clean and comfortable beds, microvawe, TV, AC and all the necessary stuff. Costco is right across the street. I find that an opportunity. Tne only problem we had was the AC being noisy. The other minor issue was the premises looking old a little bit but not a real problem. Don't hesitate to stay here. Great experience.

What a great night's stay! The room was clean, cool and comfortable, and surprisingly dark, despite the view of the parking lot of the Frederick Wine House next door. (A definite plus! Check out their huge collection of wines, craft beers, etc. WOW!!) Staff was kind,professional, and helpful, despite some other challenging guests. Continental breakfast a real plus! Wonderful value! Will definitely be back.

The hotel is very rundown. They are very understaffed, usually only one person at front desk, who also was tending the breakfast. The one elevator (used by customers and cleaning staff) was extremely slow. Breakfast was a joke. There was nothing fresh.

My 4th stay i believe.. very friendly owner, clean in my eyes..quirky parking lay out, one broken outside windows that I could see.. it also feels like long term rentals are the normal with a few sketchy residents.. but all in all a good stay in my book

The usual lownprice chain hotel experience. Clean room, decent facility, genial staff. Nothing fancy here - the basics are covered. Soap, towels, clean sheets, no more to be expected. But if you want the Sheraton at these prices, forget it. Pros Good value for the money Clean and in good repair Fairly quiet, some highway noise. Air conditioning worked great Cons Breakfast wasn't well stocked or attended. Tiny parking lot...youre squeezing in. Air conditioning had no control.... "arctic blast" was the only setting. We were visted by a "palmetto bug" in our room.
