Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok. Gym equipment needs maintenance (squeaky). Gym too small for 2+ people. Customer service was great. Thank you.

Hot tub was way too hot. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there and it was an inconvenience to ask them to get things for the breakfast area

We just stopped for one night, but we were so satisfied. The room was so spacious and comfortable. And was nice and clean. The stag was so helpful, professional an nice.

As a woman traveling alone, safety and cleanliness are very important. This property provided both. Check in was easy and fast. Walking trail nearby for morning exercise. Decent breakfast. Close to multiple restaurants. Over all, good stay

Six kids dominated the pool and hot tub area all afternoon and night throwing a football across the two. Then they were playing football in the parking lot at 10:00 pm. And being loud enough to hear inside the rooms. They were roomed on the first floor and had no business riding the elevator and banging into the doors of the rooms on the 2nd and possibly 3rd floors. Staff did not intervene or if they did, it had little effect. Not a restful night. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was ok except for being right over the front door and the view was entry canopy, nothing else.

With us being a family friendly hotel, we do leave the parenting up to the parents of said children. We do enforce quite time at 11pm. If complaints come in, at any point in time, we do handle them. If it is before our quite hours, there is only a little we can do about it. After quite hours, is a different story. Guest are informed to either quite down or we will evict them. It does appear however that no one brought these issue to the front desk staff at any point in time with both the 2nd and 3rd shift employees, stated it was a quite night with no complaints.
The staff was very helpful, my room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was awesome!! Hawkeyes won!! Was a great stay!!!

Coffee pot had mold growing in water reservoir. We notified the front desk and they were very apologetic and said it would be addressed with housekeeping.

I explained in detail the issue and explained that they need to make sure they are checking the coffee pots along with everything else. I do appreciate that you brought this issue to my attention!!!

Only complaint was the refrigerator was loud. And when the AC kicked on it was loud so we had to turn the TV up. Other than that, great place for the money

Great location
It was close to what we doing in Iowa City. Easy access to highways and hotel was very comfortable.

Extremely clean room, extremely friendly manager, fantastic buffet breakfast, easy parking.
