Room very new and nice. Tiny bathroom for a big spacious room and no safety handles for tub & toilet.
Orbitz and Website said Indoor pool and continental breakfast and pics showed big breakfast display.
However at check-in...NO CONTINENTAL Breakfast, You must pay for Anything! And Pool CLOSED "for maintenance" (ALL WEEKEND!). Two main reasons I had selected this hotel -Pool & Breakfast. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. THEY ALSO TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID ON ORBITZ. THIS WAS ALSO THE FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS I PAID MORE ON ORBITZ THAN WHAT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME A SECOND TIME. (Their website said there was NO VACANCY, so I had booked on Orbitz)

酒店回复: We are very sorry for your incontinence and could not meet with your expectation. I wanted thank you for staying at the Candlewood in Frederick. As we just opened last month and due to all ongoing short supply situation we are not able to start the pool. Also the Candlewood Suites is an extended stay hotel so brand does not allow to serve the breakfast across the country. I hope I can see you again and will try best to make your stay satisfactory.Thanks.

Room was clean but shower had spots on the wall. AC was excellent, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Bottom floor/accessible room was very noisy as it was close to the check in desk, ice machine and smokers patio directly outside the window.

我们选择这家酒店的部分原因是我们可以和孩子们一起享受游泳池。游泳池很冷，整个泳池区只有一把椅子，除了角落里有几把破损的躺椅。
前台的工作人员确实提到他们即将开始装修，如果是真的，那将是必要的，也是值得的。这个地方的整体感觉是，目前没有得到足够的照顾，无法让客人享受他们的住宿或想回来。
预订了一间适合残疾人士入住的客房。虽然房间是无烟房，而且很干净，但房间位于吸烟室所在的楼层，导致走廊烟雾缭绕。
早餐的选择不达标。
室内游泳池冷得像冰一样，我们预订了这家酒店的房间，以便我女儿可以游泳。我没有费心问工作人员为什么他们的室内游泳池没有加热，但我确信加热器坏了。我们没有尝试在冷水池里游泳。我很失望，我们本可以找到一家带游泳池的酒店，这样我女儿就可以游泳了。大多数室内游泳池都是加热的。我想说，如果你宣传你的酒店有游泳池，你应该维护游泳池的状况。我认为这是虚假广告。
