There was no hot water no matter how long it ran so youcouldn'ttake a shower. The mattress had springs that weren't padded & was a horrible night trying to get comfortable to sleep. You can only park on one side of tge building so being on the 2nd floor on the opposite side was a true pain having to go back to the car for luggage. Just felt cheap like a transient stop.

the room had no microwave or frig cops showed up at 11:00 pm for people fighting I will definately read reviews better the room was fairly clean i will say that people at desk were friendly

Room was freezing cold. The heat didn’t work and we slept shivering. When we checked out and told the front desk their response was “yeah a lot of the rooms heat don’t work”.

The room temp was fine. The dogs were all fine. The beds were horrible as was the attitude of the woman i checked in with. She has no business greeting customers and checking them in.

The heat did stop working one night but was fixed first thing in the morning. Excellent service.
