Only update to dated room was flooring, bathroom and vanity were old and worn. There were spiders all over the shower curtain, knats came out of the sink drain when I turned on the water and the WiFi didn’t work! Outside my room in the courtyard, young people who were either drunk or high partied all night and yelled and screamed and it was just awful, I cancelled my planned 2nd night here!

No Wi-Fi!!! The same owner refuses to upgrade the Wi-Fi at the Leland location, and I would be living there at the weekly rate otherwise. The owner is penny-wise-and-pound-foolish, losing hundreds of dollars over a one-time tech upgrade.

The rooms are renovated and its in a decent area. The exterior of the motel needs work and there was a clogging issue in the bathroom sink. However Its a decent place to stay for just a night or 2.

Awful property. Stayed 2 nights.
Night #1 heater/AC unit died. No one to fix it. Huge cricket in the room. Tried to kill it but he hid under the heater/AC. Didn't sleep at all. Bedding was awful. Sheet was paper thin, blanket was only slightly thicker. Mattress was completely shot.
Night #2 I asked for another room. No housekeeping that day and no maintenance people to fix the heater/AC. They accommodated me. 2nd room had another cricket! I got him. Same bad bedding and worn out mattress. Food stain on wall and scuff marks.
Exterior, one stairway was blocked off with plywood and caution tape.
Spend a little more tomstay somewhere else.

They’re going under renovations around the property. The staff was great. The room is good, outdated bathroom, just worn out.
Everything was clean, just worn.
Room is a echo to it. If someone sneezes loud enough, you’ll hear it in the next room.
My stay, somebody was having a rave the whole night.
It’s just gonna depend on the day and the time you stay there I guess.
