The room was very clean and looked well maintained. It looked like it had recently been painted/redecorated. The bed was comfortable. Best of all in the king executive 2 room suite, there were 2 bathrooms.

Front desk employee called and canceled my reservation at 7:30am when refusing to let me call back with the right card to verify it was not a scam call. She laughed and mocked me and hung up on me. I called right back (3 minute difference between her call to me and my calling the hotel directly) she said it was appear canceled and rebooked (which i doubt as they had my info already n only update the card info and that call was 3 minutes!) i was supposedly “ upgraded” to a king bed from a double queen, room was actually a single queen. Bathroom so shall you could barely shut the door while in the bathroom to access the shower.
The front desk that check me in, he was pleasant and shocked. Not even an apology from miss Brittany even at check in! Will never stay at another extended stay of this is how guests were treated. On to of it-was a big weekend in the area and even paid 3-4 times their normal rate on 1 of the nights.

Because it was a home Packer game weekend, the entire city was sold out, and without a valid card we could not guarantee the room. As a courtesy, we called you to give you an opportunity to update your payment information rather than immediately canceling the reservation, which we are allowed to do when a card declines.When you declined to provide updated card information over the phone, the room had to be released. Due to the high-demand weekend, it did sell within the few minutes before you called back. At that point, the only room available was a single, and we placed you in it so you still had accommodations for the night.We’re glad to hear the agent who checked you in was pleasant, and we apologize for any frustration you experienced during the process. Our goal is always to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, especially on busy weekends.Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Parking was not busy..Staff are Freindly/ Kitchen was clean & the utensils.. We had a comfortable stay..

Room was very clean & spacious. Employees curtious & very helpful. They also have a free shuttle to Airport. I always stay here when traveling.

There trying to Charge me for a office Chair, that was bent up, when we got to the room.but it was a very nice stay, they were very helpful

Rooms were clean and spacious. Walls are thin, but everything quieted by bed time. No planes heard during the night. Right off the Interstate and Hwy 172, so very easy to get to.
