The room was clean except for a stain on carpet. The bathroom was clean except there was dust and what appeared to be hair behind the free- standing vanity. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
The breakfast had many options and was replenished to keep it fresh. Everything was tasty and the eggs were fluffy.
I would suggest requesting a room that is not across from the breakfast buffet area. There were people speaking in normal tones ming their way tuere at 6:30am. We stayed in room 122.

We had to check out early due to feces in our bathroom first room door handle was broke and they moved us to a second room then second room was horrible with feces in the toilet looked as though the toilet wasn’t cleaned in months with mold in the bottom. Bed sheets never changed and when we complained they said all they can do is offer us towels . I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I will never come back to stay here

Staff was wonderful. The room smelled musty when we first walked in and the toilet had a mold ring where the water surface meets the bowl. It’s possible the room wasn’t used in a while but, someone should have just popped in there to make sure it was clean if they were going to rent it out. The rest of the room was clean however. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were….. limp lol they looked fluffy till you laid ur head into them- then they went flat.

Everything was amazing but when I signed up online to book my rooms, all it said in there was pet friendly. It did not ask if I had a pet or how many or what but I was charged $25 a night and they would not take that off since I was not informed at the time That part disappointed me and I would not book online anymore. The manager was rude and short otherwise everything was beautiful. The employees were awesome. The cook was very friendly and amazing and he would go out of your way for you and very sociable. Room was very humid! Could not get the humidity out of room and had a very bad smell. Carpet was wet and very dirty! You could see the dirt that was on bottom of feet when walking into bathroom. Had to request sheets be changed. Was told that they normally don’t do that on short notice requests like this. Staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful.
