We had to check out early due to feces in our bathroom first room door handle was broke and they moved us to a second room then second room was horrible with feces in the toilet looked as though the toilet wasn’t cleaned in months with mold in the bottom. Bed sheets never changed and when we complained they said all they can do is offer us towels . I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I will never come back to stay here

Staff was wonderful. The room smelled musty when we first walked in and the toilet had a mold ring where the water surface meets the bowl. It’s possible the room wasn’t used in a while but, someone should have just popped in there to make sure it was clean if they were going to rent it out. The rest of the room was clean however. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were….. limp lol they looked fluffy till you laid ur head into them- then they went flat.

Everything was amazing but when I signed up online to book my rooms, all it said in there was pet friendly. It did not ask if I had a pet or how many or what but I was charged $25 a night and they would not take that off since I was not informed at the time That part disappointed me and I would not book online anymore. The manager was rude and short otherwise everything was beautiful. The employees were awesome. The cook was very friendly and amazing and he would go out of your way for you and very sociable. Room was very humid! Could not get the humidity out of room and had a very bad smell. Carpet was wet and very dirty! You could see the dirt that was on bottom of feet when walking into bathroom. Had to request sheets be changed. Was told that they normally don’t do that on short notice requests like this. Staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful.

I'll start with the good, the beds were comfy and I loved the layout of the rooms. It gave us privacy, while kids had their own space. Rooms cooled down nicely and the breakfast was awesome. Always hot options, the staff was great. Plenty of food to choose from and the staff kept up on keeping it all flowing nicely and the floors and tables swept. It made breakfast so enjoyable.
As for the not so good, we did notice a lot of black hairs around the room. In the bathroom, in drawers, etc. I wasn't sure if maybe it was from the cleaning staff or if the room could have been cleaned better. The photos of the pool make it look better than what it was. The water itself was a little gross. But the kids loved the pool and it was nice sitting there with them.
There seemed to be some loitering of some kind out front. It did make us a little nervous. We did park where we could see our vehicles, but nothing bad ever happened. It was a good close walk to the gas station for water bottles.
There are some neat parks around and definitely a lot of places to choose from to eat.
We would come back and stay here. The staff makes it enjoyable and the rooms are comfortable. I can't give more than 3 stars. But we left with smiles.

Not up to anyone’s standard.
Mattress pad was too small for bed. When checking for bed bugs (we always do), we noticed a badly stained mattress and very old queen size, or twin size mattress pad in poor condition and upside down. The furniture was tattered. Damage to moldings in entry way obvious. This property appeared neglected. When asking for consideration, gm said, “ I am powerless as you booked through a third party”. We will not stay again.
