Inga was a great host, cook and tourist guide. Great little gem, tucked away off the main road. You don't need ac, as it cools down at night. The animals and the fauna was a nice touch to add to your stay. The green parrot that lives in the tree, and the Iguanas. The Paquera ferry is only 10 min away.

Friendly owners who were super helpful arranging taxis and tours. Clean rooms with fresh towels and sheets every day. Lovely outdoor spaces to hang out. Kitchen and fridge available if you wanted to prepare food. Breakfast at their little Cafe was delicious and not expensive. Friendly dogs. Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. The area does not feel touristy at all. We felt very safe walking around at night.

We had a lovely short stay here and it was a wonderful place to stage our outdoor outings in Paquera from (including tours we booked with the hosts). The hosts were very kind. It was a family atmosphere with nice gardens and simple, clean rooms. Would stay again!

Hard to sleep
They seemed like a great family but no AC or hot water, shared bathroom and shower with 6 other rooms. Fruit fell from the tree hitting the metal roof which made it impossible to sleep much. It was not at all a good experience. It was a room with an old bed and a bench and book shelf with a fan but it stayed hot. The boat tour was nice.
