Double beds Booked room was not cleaned. Dirty beds and towels. Roaches. Moved to a single bed room for 2 people. (Father and son). Saw more roaches and left. Highly recommend purchasing the insurance with your booking. It helped us, somewhat.

The well the staff was friendly. But once in room . It smelled clean but it wasn’t. No hot water in the shower, huh? Big open door above the shower showing the plumbing. Tollet set was very loose(safety) microwave was dirty on the outside and cabinets above were dirty.

The room was adequate, but when I arrived the TV was on and there were no batteries in the remote, I was able to get batteries, but then I discovered there was only a partial roll of toilet paper available. In the morning, I was told they didn't have any yet. What hotel doesn't have extra toilet paper? I finally went again in the evening and the lady behind the desk gave me some. The first day, my shower water wouldn't get above lukewarm, the second day it was fine. Also, I arrived to a shouting match by residents on the third floor. The walls were very thin and it was hard to get to sleep. The elevator was in the back of the hotel far from my room on the fourth floor, so I elected to use the stairs and constantly had to pass by people sitting on the steps smoking or vaping. When I went to potty my leashed dogs, a woman on her phone was wandering around with her off leash puppy which ran up to my dogs... It was an unpleasant stay and I ended up moving to a much better hotel ten minutes down the road for my final night in the area.
