前台没人,也没有服务铃可以按。我们等了10多分钟才有个客房服务员过来帮忙。入住手续简直是噩梦,我通过trips.com在线预付了两间房的费用,但前台接待员一直坚持说房间没付钱,而且我的信用卡被拒了。我只好找出带有付款收据和预订确认信息的邮件。酒店还是坚持让我联系trips.com,让他们把钱打给酒店。我过去两年用trips.com预订亚洲旅行从来没遇到过这种情况。这次在Delta酒店的入住手续又烦人又奇怪。
房间又小又脏,只有一家餐厅,而且不太开放。网上的照片把这家酒店拍得像个很不错的酒店,但事实远非如此。酒店破败不堪,脏乱不堪。他们用的空气清新剂简直糟透了!!!!除了房间,我只要在任何地方,它都让我头痛得厉害。我对我们支付的价格非常失望,我以为照片上显示的酒店会好得多。

我在网上预付了一晚的房费。结果深夜才到,却被告知没有我的预订,然后就完全被无视了。我们不得不继续开车,至少还要开20分钟才能找到另一个睡觉的地方,车里的孩子们一直在哭。
我们一行人不喜欢晚上被保安监视,感觉不受欢迎,很不方便,尽管我们付了钱。晚上10:30大堂就熄灯了。以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
总体来说,环境不错,干净整洁。但是,酒店后半部分没有电梯。工作人员在办理入住时应该能更清楚地说明这一点。
