The room was as filthy as I have ever seen,the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned since it was installed.
we should have asked for our money back and left when we were told that if we wanted coffee in the morning we would have to go and buy it for an extended stay there was not a thing in the kitchen except a refrigerator and a microwave that did not work. Never again!!

The room we first wasnt clean we had ro switch room
Then the room we ended up with the remote to the tv bsrely worked
There was no irom to iron my clothes.
The front desk person seems to no know what she was doing.
I could have found a .05 star motel that was better than my experience at an Extended Stay!!!

房间价格还算公道,靠近购物区、各种活动场所和高速公路,但遗憾的是房间不太干净。我发现房间和床上都有长头发,怀疑床单被套是重复使用的。
如果酒店以“长住”为卖点,那应该提供更完善的设施,才能满足客人的长住需求。
这些评论完全是关于携程(Trip.com)的预订,与长住酒店(Extended Stay Hotel)本身无关。
当我抵达时,长住酒店的工作人员(一位叫AJ的员工)不承认也不掌握携程的预订确认信息。
我给携程打了电话(与Minu?交谈),她也无法与酒店确认(之后她直接打电话,与前台交谈)并以当时的房价为我重新预订。但他们两件事都没做到。
我最终只好自己(在大堂里)预订了长住酒店,才得以住下来。
第二天早上,我得知携程在我直接在酒店预订的情况下,竟然还是把账单推到了我的Visa卡上。
在发了几封邮件后,我不得不为自己的那份预订“提供详细收据”,然后才能在10-14天内收到退款。
而且,由于我支付了更高的价格,他们承诺会退还差价。然而,携程提供的补偿是未来的预订金币,或者在14天内通过支票/现金支付。但现在我发现携程要求我提供银行账户信息进行直接电汇,这是我不会提供的。请把这笔款项退回到我的信用卡上。
我再也不会使用携程预订了,以后我会选择其他第三方网站或直接通过连锁酒店预订。
