Showerhead broken. Stained bathroom countertops. Tiny pillows. Had to request room cleaned and new towels at $400/night. Small selection and micowaved warm items. Friendly staff.

Due the FAA-mandated flight cancellations, my flight to Green Bay was cancelled and I was not able to arrive on the day I intended. I called the hotel to notify them of this and was told by the person I spoke with that there would be no problem and that the room reservation would be held. When I arrived at the hotel after a very lengthy and challenging day of travel, I was notified that my room was given away and that I was charged as a no show. The person at the front desk (Erik I believe his name was) showed no remorse and no concern. I was left without a hotel room during a birthday trip that I had planned for boyfriend. We came to Green Bay to watch his favorite team play. All in all it was a terrible experience. I felt that we did everything we were supposed to do by calling the hotel in advance to let them know our situation and they took no responsibility whatsoever. We talked to other travelers who had similar experiences and their hotels either kept their reservations or offered to refund them a portion of the night they missed. Country Inn did neither and were extremely rude and dismissive. I understand if they have to follow their policy, but with travel being as unpredictable as it is these days I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially those that have spent a good deal of money to come watch the Packers play and planned in advance to avoid scrambling for a room at the last minute.

We have stayed here many times. But breakfast was just not up to Par. Only other thing was the elevator was broken the morning we were going to leave

We stay here frequently and was pleased about the friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were clean and updated. However, despite two tries I was unable to get an accessible room and found the regular room toilet to be uncomfortably low and difficult to use. The staff brought up a hard chair which helped but was very awkward and far from ideal. I don’t think we can stay here again unless we have an accessible room. This also would rule out others with bad knees or mobility issues.

We were only at this hotel for 2 nights but we really enjoyed it! It is a little off the beaten path in west Green Bay but we loved that there were food options close and 2 food stores! The room was clean and huge and the staff was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this hotel while in Green Bay...very safe and quiet area! Young lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind when we checked in. Please stay at this hotel! You will love it!

The room/suite was excellent, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the bed was horrible. The shower/tub was very slick and the shower head needs to be replaced. We were going to stay again next week as we come back thru until we slept in the bed. Miserable night.
